Product Features and Applications: 

This extruded monofilament product demonstrates excellent formability and mechanical strength. Its finished products have excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical  properties, and are generally used for processing fishing net wires, ropes, flat  straps, binding straps, etc.

When 5000S is used as an extruded monofilament product, the recommended  processing conditions are as follows.


Packaging and Transportation: 

1. The product is packaged using heavy-duty film or other packaging forms approved by the user, with a net weight of 25kg per bag or other packaging units  as specified. 

2. The packaging must remain intact and protected from moisture, direct sunlight, and contamination. 


Safe Storage Precautions: 

Store the product in a well-ventilated, dry, clean warehouse equipped with appropriate fire safety facilities. Outdoor storage is strictly prohibited.
